Cartons

Cartons speak volumes about a business, and can greatly scale the consumption of your products. We are equipped to provide you with the most eye-catching, and efficient designs by employing the best printing technologies.

Foil Stamping

Enables the creation of high-end and eye-catching appearance, this is achieved by applying a thin layer or metallic or pigmented foil to a substrate under heat and pressure, causing the foil to adhere to the surface. This gives a glossy or metallic finish to the material.

Metallic Polyester (Met-Pet)

A type of synthetic film made from polyester fibers coated with a metallic finish, it used to gives the carton a shiny and metallic appearance.

Ultraviolet Varnish

As the name suggests, this kind of printing technique is used to apply a glossy and raised finish to areas of the carton. This type of printing is used to enhance the visual appeal of a carton, by clearly distinguishing between glossy and matte surfaces. The Varnish can also be applied in restricted areas, and is coined as Spot UV.

Lamination

Lamination alleviates the durability of the product by protecting it from dust, moisture and sunlight. It confers a coat on a printed sheet with a protective layer of BOPP or PVC film, which could be given a glossy as well as a matt effect. Lamination also enhances the aesthetic value of the product rendering good quality and durability.

Embossing

Embossing is a printing and finishing technique that creates a raised or three-dimensional effect on a printed material. It involves pressing the paper or other substrate between two metal dies, one of which is raised, and the other is recessed. The raised die presses into the material, creating a raised image or pattern on the front side, while the recessed die supports the material from the back to ensure a clean and defined embossed effect. It can be combined with Spot UV or Foil Stamping for further visual impact.

Lenticular Printing

Lenticular printing is a specialized technique that involves creating images with the illusion of depth or animation through the use of a lenticular lens. When a lenticular lens is applied to a printed material, it creates a dynamic effect as the viewer changes their viewing angle. In lenticular printing, multiple images are interlaced and printed onto the backside of the lenticular lens sheet. Depending on the angle of view, different images become visible, resulting in an animated or 3D-like visual experience without the need for special glasses or equipment. It is particularly useful in creating an interactive and engaging experience to capture a viewer’s attention through the use of impactful visuals.

Holographic Stamping

Holographic stamping is a printing technique that uses holographic foil and stamping to create visually captivating designs with a 3D-like effect. The holographic foil contains intricate patterns that produce mesmerizing visuals when light reflects off the surface. By applying this foil with heat and pressure, holographic stamping creates sophisticated and dynamic designs, commonly used in product packaging, labels, and promotional materials to create an impressive and memorable visual experience.

E Fluted Cartons

E-fluted cartons are lightweight yet robust boxes designed to provide superior protection for delicate items during shipping. Their compact fluting structure ensures optimal cushioning, making them an excellent choice for safeguarding your products while optimizing storage space.
